Ordering: (Monday thru Friday deliveries)
Orders have to be placed before 6:00 PM on Sunday through Thursday for next day delivery.
After 6:00 PM cut off, you may leave an order although it will not be processed until the next business day.
(Please no add-ons to existing orders after 6:00 pm).
To place an order to a person call 718-589-5000. These orders can be placed between the hours of 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through thursday for next day delivery. Speak to your Fresco sales representative for more info.
To place an order using our VOICEMAIL service call 718-589-2000. Orders have to be placed before 6:00 PM on Sunday through Thursday for next day delivery. When leaving a voicemail please be sure to clearly state your name, the account you are calling from, and the phone number. When leaving your order please be specific in regards to the item you are looking for as we often have many available options under the same category (example: ordering just ‘tomato’ – leaves us to wonder which type to ship of the many different tomato’s we stock). Please be very specific.
To place an order using FAX dial 646-401-7525. Orders have to be placed before 6:00 PM on Sunday through Thursday for next day delivery.
To place an order using EMAIL send orders to ORDER@FRESCONY.COM. Orders have to be placed before 6:00 PM on Sunday through Thursday for next day delivery.
Fresco delivers 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. We strive to make on-time deliveries. To help us achieve this goal, please arrange a delivery window with your salesperson prior to placing your first order. When arranging your first delivery also in form your salesperson of any issues our driver may need to be aware of (i.e. building security, loading dock information, specific delivery entrances, etc)
Please be advised that we require a minimum order amount of 50 cases for delivery in New York City.
All other areas outside of New York City require a minimum order of 75 cases..
Note: If you do not reach the minimum case requirement, your order will not be shipped.
Receiving your Delivery
When receiving product we ask that you take special care in regards to the packaging. While it is understood that you often have to see the product before deciding whether you are going to accept or reject it, we request that you not tear or cut open boxes or bags and also that you not discard of the original packaging until you are sure you will be using the product.
Fresco is closed six days a year, in observance of all the major holidays: Christmas, New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day. You can expect us to be delivering on all other holidays. Please check with your sales representative for any changes to these holiday closings.
We encourage customers to inspect products upon delivery. In the event that you reject any products, doing so with our driver at the time of delivery is best. Our drivers are able to issue an invoice correction memo on the spot the day of delivery. If you would like to return product after receiving, Fresco has a 24 hour return policy on all products. Contact your salesperson and have your invoice number when making the request for pick up or if you have any issue’s with your delivery. All returns must be sent back in their original shipping package in re-sellable form, otherwise credit will not be issued.
